I Am a registered dental hygienist with 25 years of clinical experience. I became interested in orofacial myology after having my children experience disturbed sleep, snoring and my eldest having an adenotonsillectomy to remove the airway blockage that was causing her sleep disruption. Once I began educating myself on the subject, I made the whole body connection and how it is possible to improve a vast number of conditions by improving the way we breathe.
